New to District and Pre-School Registration
Two Forms -
New to district registration - Please use this form to register for the Armour School District. There are questions for a family to register up to four family members at one time. If you only need to register one student, scroll down to the parent section to complete the form.

-Below is a link that will take you to the SDHSAA website where you can find/print physical forms.
-Also available from Chareen's office in the elementary building.
-The months of June and July are a great time to get this done. The hospital offers a discount during these months.
-Physicals are required annually for all athletes participating in high school sports.
