Nicolette Hoffman was chosen as the "Touchstone Energy Scholar of the Week"! Jay Spaans presents a $250 check to Nicolette. The scholar of the week program is a partnership between Dakota News Now and your local Touchstone Energy Cooperative that honors accomplished high school students. Here are the times for the Girl's GPC games and times for next Saturday in Lake Andes.
The senior government class took a trip to our SD Capitol on Wednesday and got to experience some history in the making!
Not only did they get to sit and talk with our amazing District 21 legislators, attend a committee meeting and be recognized during session, the seniors were lucky enough to be able to see Kristi Noem address a joint session of Congress! This does not happen often and it was really a great experience!
